Today it starts!

Finally, the keys are almost in our hand! We will meet the previous owner at 3 pm for final walk-through (with some fancy lists that we need to check and agree that the flats standard is what it should be).

Really excited! Tonight we'll also get a carpenter and a floor guy to check out things and places and say some smart things about how we should go about this project.
